About the position
Perido is looking for a receptionist for our client Mace Macro, a world-class facilities management consultancy and operator. You will be working at the office of Mace Macro’s own client, a multinational telecommunications company based in central Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
The primary role in this position is that of receptionist i.e. the effective day-to-day management of the reception area, providing a first class, professional and efficient service and ensuring that the first impression is always of the highest standard whether in person or over the telephone. The tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Maintenance of an orderly, presentable and well-equipped reception at all times
Visitor Handling: Inc arranging of passes, offering refreshments, informing staff of visitor arrival
Switchboard and e-mail management
Meeting room booking and maintenance
Dealing with and placing orders via external suppliers e.g. catering or office supplies
Incoming / out-going mail and courier management
Report faults and issues to the onsite Facilities team and contractors
Communication of Health & Safety and Evacuation procedures to all new starters and visitors
Handling, scanning and maintenance of miscellaneous documentation and records
Supporting with the general office duties
Your qualifications
In order to succeed in this role you need to be self-sufficient, motivated, organised, flexible and able to multitask. You ought to be extremely service-minded, adept at building relationships and highly effective at communicating. A “can do” attitude is key.

Requirements
Completed upper secondary high school level qualification or equivalent
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience in delivering exemplary customer service
Good knowledge in MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment via Perido for 6 months with the possibility of being recruited by Mace after this period. Start as soon as possible.
