We want to expand our team with a Receptionist who can contribute to a smooth-running business and be representative for our brand TVM when clients or other visitors visits the office. The Person needs to be responsible for the office routines and enquiries and to be supportive for the teams.
The Position
As a receptionist at TVM you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office, contacting employees regarding a visit, daily routines around the office such as answering phones and taking messages, sorting incoming mail and purchases to the office. Make sure everything runs smoothly at the office.
You will also need some more extensive software skills, strong communication skills and some technical abilities to deal with enquiries, diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and/or conferences, data entry, organizing travel and accommodation for employees, arranging internal and external meetings and events, and last but not least you might handle some of our social media accounts.

We are a worldwide working company, who has a lot of members in other countries and need a supportive member who can create transparency between the different teams and with externals. Therefore, it is essential to be a strong communicator who can cross language barriers.
Team player with a helpful and catching attitude
Familiarity with working in a digital environment
Extensive experience in a similar position or responsibility
Experience working in an agile product organization with a digital product
To constantly be on the ball and enjoy having multiple points of contact and duties
Strong ability to communicate verbally and in written languages
Supportive mindset who can jump in and work on high and low tasks
Competency in digital working tools
Good time management skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Maintain inventory of office supply stock for the office
Order and organize food and beverages for meetings, take notes during meetings
Be aware of staff movements in and out of office, notify appropriate parties when staff members are out sick
Organize and managing the schedules for the company

Mandatory qualifications
Experience in working with digital office technology
Microsoft Office, and google software, CRM-systems such as HubSpot, digital signage platforms – more importantly ability and will to learn new software
English language, thus that is the official language within the company
Turkish language to be able to also communicate with our engineering team in Turkey and third-party Companies
