Competence
Our client is currently looking for a person who can complete the HR & Office team in a combined role as both translator and receptionist/office host. They will start with a consultant, but for the right person this could result in a permanent employment at our client.
Our client is looking for someone outgoing, energetic and extremely service minded. You also need to be fluent in Chinese and English. Swedish is only “nice to have”. You need to understand the Chinese and the western side of things, understanding the cultures and where there might be differences. Our client would like someone who is structured and well-organized. A person who has an eye for what’s needed and follows through on things. Office programs shall be well known, and above basic general computer knowledge.
Assignment Description
Various administrative tasks such as:
Translations oral and written, Chinese to English and English to Chinese
Manning the reception and greet visitors
Take calls and manage the swithboard
Postal service handling
Administrate lockers, ID-badges, distributions groups etc.
Travel booking and administration
Plan, book and coordinate events, meetings and visits
Arrange catering for meetings
Onboard/offboard employees - f2f and in systems
Continuous supervision of conference rooms and common areas
Facility fault reporting
Manage and update information on intranet
Be in contact with external suppliers of facility support, IT-helpdesk, landlord etc to make sure we can deliver great service to our people
Requirements
Native Chinese speaking
Fluent English speaking
Office programs
Experience from oral and written translations English to Chinese, Chinese to English
Experience from administrative roles
Software & IT
Office programs should be well known from the start. You’ll work with a lot of other programs such as the visitor system EastCoast, Telenor Svara for the switchboard, SharePoint for the intranet but will also have the possibility to learn all of them.
