Record to Report process developer

We are now looking for a Record to Report developer to our customer within the automotive industry. In this position you will need to be curious, enjoy challenges and complexity in finance processes but also in structures and information streams. You will need to collaborate and build networks within the organization as well as drive your own initiatives to ensure an effective process with qualitative accounting and financial compliance.

• Support the process owner in the improvement, development, and standardization of Record to Report processes globally.
• Work closely with the company´s  Digital Finance to drive system improvements and automatization of the Record to Report processes.
• Support and contribute to projects within the Finance organization but also cross-functional
• Support the new market establishments (new entities around the world)
• drive the work in gathering local legal requirements impacting all the different global finance processes
• drive the setup of the Record to Report processes for the new entity to ensure we follow our global processes.
• support the company´s Finance Digital in the ERP implementation and testing
• securing that financial master data is provided and maintained to enable correct financial flows in the systems.
• continuously work on business requirement template and the structure of market roll outs

Competence requirements
• Master´s in finance related degree
• At a minimum 3 years of relevant experience from similar position at an IFRS reporting company
• Strong knowledge in ERP systems, and especially its finance modules
• IFRS accounting knowledge
• High level understanding of financial compliance - taxes, VAT, intercompany and related party transactions and reconciliations, local GAAP

• Excellent communication skills to be able to connect and collaborate with different functions and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Innovative and comfortable taking and driving own initiatives
