IES Hässelby is looking for a 50% Recreation Instructor beginning in August of 2021.

As a Recreation Instructor you are responsible for ensuring a calm and safe environment for our students during their break and lunch periods in addition to organizing break activities, competitions, and handling conflicts. You will work both outside and in the Rec Room at various points throughout the day. You may also be asked to assist in lessons or substitute as needed.

A successful applicant has experience working with children aged 10 - 16 in recreational settings like camps, sports teams and after school care and is fluent in spoken English and Swedish.  You are able to manage and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, are flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and are passionate about ensuring students can have during their school day while feeling safe.
