We are looking for a key player to join our People & Culture department - a pro Recruiter! You will for example be the expert at sourcing and finding top talent to the company but also work with, and constantly improve, the entire internal recruitment process at Teamtailor. If you're persistent and take initiative, you'll be sure to succeed in this role!

What you'll do 📝
- Partnering up with hiring managers from different departments to identify current and future needs
- Full cycle recruiting including; day to day sourcing for different roles and proactively attract passive candidates on various channels, advertising, phone interviews, interviews and references
- Ensure that your sourcing and recruitment process is of a high standard and candidates are being assessed in a professional way
- Work in an awesome tool (https://www.teamtailor.com/en/) and create the best candidate experience and recruitment process there is
- Report directly to CEO

Who you are 👥
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within HR
- At least 3 years experience from sourcing and recruitment, within different business areas, gained in an executive search firm or in-house sourcing/recruiting role
- A skilled networker with a high ability to gain trust
- You are driven and you find ways of improving the quality of your work
- A true team player who thrives when collaborating across teams, functions, and locations
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience from the SaaS industry is a big plus
