Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter for an international company in Jönköping. Remote work is possible.

Assignment description
Our client is the world’s largest producer of outdoor power products. Our client is also the European leader in consumer watering products and one of the world leaders in cutting equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries. The products and solutions are sold via dealers and retailers to both consumers and professional users in more than 100 countries.


We are looking for a consultant with experience in recruitment to join our client recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. The task varies from collecting the request and requirements together with the recruiting manager, create job advertisement, search, selection of candidates, interview, feedback to candidates and the hiring process. During the recruitment process you are responsible for communicating with the recruiting manager and others involved in order to proceed with suitable candidates.

Required skills
Experience with recruitment for at least 5+ years
Experience with competency based recruitment
Fluency in Swedish and English





Preferred skills:
Experience with IT recruitment



This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Jönköping (remote work possible from other town in Sweden), starting date is ASAP, 6 months contract with good possibility of extension.
