Are you a very driven and motivated recruiter who likes challenges? The this is an opportunity for you!
Elitsia was founded in 2012 and has since then been a one-man company. Recently I decided to try to increase the size of the company......you know, it's not so fun to have company AW's and abroad conferences on your own. :) In addition to being a consultant company Elitsia also develop mobile games with the aim to come up with the next popular game, such as Angry birds and Wordfeud to name a few of them.
By joining Elitsia, you will be working in a very small consultant company with very large goals and ambitions to quickly grow.
I now look for a recruiter who will be responsible to find a lot of skilled candidates for the available consultant positions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. You should have an excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates/customers.



Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas



This will, initially be a part time job. The reason to that is that as long as I'm alone in the company it's not possible to employ a full time recruiter. The goal is, however, to convert it into a full time position once you have succeeded to get a consultant contract/position for 5 consultants. So this means that if you put enough energy in the beginning your chances increase to quickly become a full time employee.
