WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
- Own full-cycle recruitments and support hiring managers throughout the process. In other words, you will recruit all kinds of business related roles such as sales reps, project managers or accountants
- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed with quality
- Secure a great candidate experience and work proactively with our employer brand.
- Continuously improve and develop the recruitment process in order to deliver optimal solutions to the existing recruitment needs
YOU ARE
- Self powered and used to work independently with support from a team
- Flexible- things change fast around here, just saying…
- High energy is something that we appreciate in our team
- You find solutions and take initiatives when you face obstacles
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a university degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience of recruiting, preferably from a fast paced environment like ours
- You are used to having competency based interviews
- You are used to work in LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Excellent writing skills (in English), e g copywriting, ads etc.
- You have an interest in graphic design, preferably some skills in Photoshop, Indesign and photography
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- A bonus is if you have experience from a rapidly growing company
Start date: February
