We are in need of a back-office recruiter that will work with expanding our amazing office team. Right now Kavall is growing more than ever and we need a recruiter to find the best talent to grow together with us! You will be a crucial part of the growth in Kavall as your responsibility will not only be limited to one department but rather extend to all different departments such as Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Expansion, Tech, Product e.t.c. Some of the things you’ll handle 🤓
Work with hiring managers to identify roles needed for different departments.
Create job ads to attract the right candidates.
Publish Ads on Teamtailor and relevant websites such as Arbetsförmedlningen, Linkedin e.t.c.
Source talent from different outlets.
Initiate and attract talent.
Evaluate personality and logistic tests of candidates.
Conduct interviews with close collaboration with hiring managers.
Following up with onboarding of candidates.

We believe that you ✅
Relevant academic background.
Previous experience with full cycle recruiting.
Previous experience with recruitment of different roles in departments such as Tech, Supply Chain, Marketing e.t.c.
Social and innovative skills.
Ability to adapt to fast paced environments.
Good understanding and experience of outlets such as linkedin, teamtailor, alva labs and oneflow.
