What you’ll do

In this role, you will help define a clear communication and event strategy for different campus sources to support our growth aspirations. You will organize and attend recruiting events for students, leveraging a balance between virtual, in-person and hybrid approaches. You will provide end-to-end management of candidate progression in the recruiting process, from initial conversations to offer and onboarding. This will include serving as a candidate counselor throughout the attraction, application and interview stages.

You will execute hiring strategies and approaches to attract candidate interest with a focus on diverse talent. This may include crafting sourcing strategies through a combination of direct sourcing, referrals and other relevant methods. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with colleagues in the Stockholm office to ensure appropriate representation.

You will also participate in recruiting related projects across global and local offices, for instance on Diversity & Inclusion topics.

You will be based in our Stockholm office at Klarabergsviadukten 70 as part of our Nordics Recruiting team, spread across Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree is a plus
Deep understanding of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes
Strong computer and analytical skills, proficient with database management
Highly developed executive search skills working in a fast-paced recruiting environment (e.g., candidate attraction, talent assessment)
Confidence working with senior leadership on strategy implementation and operational tasks
Ability to handle confidential information and communication clearly and professionally with all audience
Strong focus on diversity and inclusion
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiting colleagues and consultants at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion
Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations or last minute changes, comfortable working with minimal direction and ambiguity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus
Flexibility with working hours; willingness to work long hours and travel if needed
