Are you searching for your next step? How about a large scale-up company that is looking for their next recruiting superstar? We are looking for someone who wants to join the Talent Acquisition team (yes the team who wrote this ad) to keep the successful recruiting going as we get bigger and pinker for each day. If you love people, food and thrive in a high paced environment - what are you waiting for?

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Own full-cycle recruitment including search, screening, digital and physical interviews and reference check.
- Support hiring managers from many different departments throughout the process. In other words, you will recruit all kinds of business related roles such as sales reps, project managers and accountants.
- Search for candidates on LinkedIn and create proactive pipelines while securing a great candidate experience.
- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed with quality.




WHO YOU ARE

- Self powered and used to work independently (but never alone since you have two recruiting colleagues close to you).
- Flexible - things change fast around here, just saying…
- Energetic - that's something that we appreciate in our team!
- An initiator - You find solutions and take initiatives when you face obstacles.


QUALIFICATIONS

- You have a university degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- About 1-2 years of experience of recruiting, preferably from a fast paced environment like ours.
- You are used to having competency based interviews.
- You are comfortable working in LinkedIn Talent Solution.
- You speak and write English fluently, skills in Swedish are a plus.
- A bonus is if you have experience from a rapidly growing company


Start date: As soon as possible.

Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we’ve moved forward to the screening or interview phase.
