Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter who has a proven track record recruiting for different industries and understand the TA philosophy/strategy which facilitates ability to define and measure projects that will have the greatest impact.

What you'll do:
● Drive the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing top talent to engaging and interviewing candidates through the process.
● Administer necessary tests to candidates and distribute completed work to hiring teams for review.
● Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to our internal Applicant Tracking System and other appropriate job boards.
● Review job descriptions, understand the requirements and prepare interview questions that reflect requirements, and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.
● Drives collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners teams to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs, and insights.
Who you are:
● Have a proven experience in full cycle recruitment activities including but not limited to; sourcing, qualifying technical candidates, networking, assessing candidates and salary trends, and relationship management.
● Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring interactions, and other administrative recruitment activities.
● Proactively uses recruitment data to advise the business and identifies problems pre-emptively.
● Outstanding stakeholder and candidate management skills, to ensure a positive candidate experience and a streamlined approach to our hiring process.
● Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior levels of leadership within the company and act independently and seek solutions when problems arise.
