Recruiter

We are currently looking for a Recruiter for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients!

About us:

We're a small and personal Recruiting and Staffing firm, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

About the position:

This is a consultancy opportunity where you will be hired by us but work with one of our largest clients as a Talent Partner. The work will be performed at the client's office in central Stockholm with occasional work trips to other cities. Your main responsibilities will include:

. Full life cycle recruitment
. Utilize data-driven insights to drive knowledge-sharing within the business and internal recruitment
. Ensure the recruitment process holds a high standard and validity

About you:

To succeed in this role we believe the following applies to you:

. You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with technical recruitment
. You have previously worked in a large organization
. You are comfortable recruiting both high volume and C level roles
. Excellent stakeholder management
. You speak and write fluently in English and Korean. Swedish is meritorious.
. You need to be based in Stockholm, we can't relocate you
. You need to be eligible to work in Sweden
