Recruiter

We are searching for a Recruiter for an international company in Lund. Start ASAP, 5 months contract to begin with.

In this assignment you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes covering a vast range of competence areas on many different levels within the company. You will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team of Recruiters and Resourcing Administrators and will work in close cooperation with line managers and other HR specialists.

To fit for this role we believe you have several years of experience in working with bigger organizations within recruiting. You also need to have a passion for talent acquisition. You have a great interest in people and can interact with a consulting approach on all levels within the organization with a high level of integrity.

In this assignment you will:
Independently drive and be responsible for talent acquisition processes from profile specification all the way to the finalization, including compensation management
Act as expert advisor to line managers in recruitment matters
Proficiently use Competence Based Interview technique and selection tools such as video interviewing, assessments and tests as part of the recruitment process
Together with your colleagues within the HR community continuously improve and develop the recruitment process and other HR processes in order to deliver the optimal solutions to our clients.
This position will be located in Lund, Sweden but you will be working in a global setting.


Skills Requirements
You thrive to operate in an international, high paced and result oriented environment, have a strong quality focus and a structured approach. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
You probably work as an in-house corporate recruiter, recruitment consultant or as a HR-generalist.
You have a University Degree within HR or equivalent. Previous experience from Competence Based Interview techniques and selection tools are considered merits.
A professional command of both English is a must. Swedish is preferred.
