Recruiter

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Swedish speaking Recruiter for their Lisbon offices.

Position: Recruiter

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attract candidates by using databases, social media, job fairs, among others
Conduct interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate information

Prepare the necessary documentation and onboard the new employees
Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.


REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
University degree in Human Resources or similar
Proven work experience in recruitment

Have proven work experience in the field
Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organisation, communication, and presentation skills

Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow up)
Familiar with ATSs and resume database
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques
A positive and 'can do' attitude
Ability to perform independently and as a part of the team
Well organised and detailed.
