Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.

As a Recruiter, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability.

You will act as an advisor and partner with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment needs. You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments.

Your responsibilities will include end to end ownership of the recruitment process, starting from attracting the right talent by engaging into sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world to taking the HM and candidates through the evaluation process and hiring them. Also, you will ensure that the company hires top talent whose values are in line with the culture and core values by ensuring quality screening and evaluation of the candidates.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role you have a University degree in HR or equivalent. The company expects you to have at least 3+ years of experience in recruitment/search. A suitable background is as an established recruiter from a well-recognized search firm. You need experience from having worked on roles for an automotive manufacturing company and also working on tech roles with a focus on electrification and software. It is a plus if you have worked in a global environment. In addition, experience and certifications in psychometric tests is a huge plus. Finally, you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.

Experience is important, but personality is key! The company is looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, who wants to take an active part in developing the ways of working and who wants to exceed expectations in delivery. Since they work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication, excellent stakeholder management and cooperation skills. Furthermore, you will work in a fast paced and at times demanding environment, so you need to be business and performance driven.


This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with.
