We are now looking for a world-class recruiter to join our People and Culture team in central Stockholm.
As our recruiter you will have a big impact on shaping the company’s future by continuously seeking out and attracting brilliant people. Your main focus will be to source and recruit top performers within Tech and Business Intelligence but also support hiring managers in recruiting processes and ensure the best candidate experience possible. You will constantly tweak and improve the recruiting process and provide managers with passionate and professional support.

What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates through proactive search, networks, complex internet searches and talent pools
- Assess candidates’ skills and suitability based on requirements and culture fit
- Set a high standard of the sourcing and recruiting process and ensure the candidates are being assessed in a professional way
- Constantly improve the internal recruitment process and make sure our candidates get the best experience possible.
- Create material to guide and advise hiring managers to ensure a professional recruiting process throughout the whole company

What you'll need
- +3 years of full cycle recruitment experience within different business areas
- Personal drive to deliver results, communicative and networking skills
- Bachelor’s degree within HR or equivalent
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience within tech recruitment is a plus
