Recruiter -FTC/Contractor

We?re looking for a Recruiter on a 6 month contract basis in Stockholm to deliver top class talent from all over the world to our Stockholm and Berlin office.



Your role within our Kingdom

We are looking for an In-House Recruiter on a 6 month contract basis to seek and secure talent that are the perfect mash-up of capability, character and chemistry. You will need to be expert in high volume and particularly technical (C++ and Java) / online and / or studio product recruiting.

?Own the entire recruitment process from finding talent to offering our future employees
?Ensure the highest level of candidate experience
?Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs and deliver commercial and creative sourcing plans that meet aggressive hiring needs
?Coach, support & challenge managers using your expert influencing skills
?Seek and secure the best talent in a highly competitive market
?Devise diverse and creative sourcing strategies that will deliver strategic business goals
?Drive continuous improvement in how you, the hiring managers and interviewers recruit
?Be a key contributor in shaping our practices to maintain King as an employer of choice
?Keep your businesses regularly informed
