Recruiter - Google This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.This role is an essential part of a dynamic recruitment team, focusing on the assessment and interviewing of candidates for varied positions in our Stockholm office covering the Nordic region. You will be an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates.You must be delivery focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis. Responsibilities: . Sourcing and attracting candidates..Assessing candidate's applications on a daily basis..Hands on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.. Be involved in various stages of candidate attraction strategies. Requirements: . University degree or equivalent, Human Resources studies are a plus..Minimum of 3 years in-house recruitment experience within a a multinational environment, high-tech experience a strong plus..Hands on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates.. Previous experience of traditional as well as e-resourcing methods..Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment and perform.. Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort..Fluent in English, additional European languages strongly preferred.
