Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter who is experienced in crafting well-written outreach campaigns and job descriptions using the latest research on what works to find and attract diverse talent.

What you'll do:
● Effectively partners with Senior level Stakeholders, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise.
● Responsible for driving and executing on the TA strategy in line with the business strategy and builds, maintains, and owns extensive global TA projects.
● Drives collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners teams to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs and insights.
● Works closely with business leaders to identify areas of challenge and helps provide a solution.
● Take on TA Lead responsibilities as needed. The TA partner role can be an expansion of the Sr Recruiter role but is not a role or title change.
Who you are:
● Deep understanding of the TA philosophy/strategy which facilitates ability to define and measure projects that will have the greatest impact.
● Have experience crafting well-written outreach campaigns and job descriptions using the latest research on what works to find and attract diverse talent.
● Proactively uses recruitment data to advise the business and identifies problems pre-emptively.
● Have an active interest in learning about distinctions between programming languages, platforms, tools, design portfolios, approaches, and other technical requirements that are highly desirable.
● Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior levels of leadership within the company and act independently and seek solutions when problems arise.
