We believe you have a university degree in HR (or related area) and at least 3 years’ experience of recruitment within a global organization. You have knowledge recruiting through values, social media and digital tools. You are able to show a good understanding of our business direction and strategies in order to ensure we recruit right candidates with the competence needed to support these. It would be a big plus if you have experience in Digital recruitment!
You are a self-starter who enjoys being part of a team, but with the ability to work independently towards your stakeholders. You have a strong focus on service and performance delivery - We want to surprise and delight our stakeholders with the service we deliver, every day! In this role communication is very important, both written and verbal. You are fluent in English. Swedish is not mandatory.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As a Recruiter you will drive the recruitment process from start to end in collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners. This involves enabling a seamless recruitment process to ensure best possible experience of the stakeholders.
You will:
•Lead the entire recruitment process – align closely with Hiring Managers and provide professional advices to ensure the best talent is hired
•Enable an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact with effective and proactive communication
•Develop and evolve relations with stakeholders within the assigned organization to ensure alignment with Recruitment needs (forecast) and sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
•Utilize innovative social-networking tools and techniques to identify, attract, and engage quality candidates in order to build and maintain talent pool/pipeline for current and future competence needs
•Take initiative to contribute to continuously improving the recruitment process and all touchpoints connected to People & Culture Operations such as Onboarding, Total Rewards, HR Admin, Co-Worker relations etc.

In this role you will work together with an awesome team of 10 Recruiters and 3 Onboarding Specialists in the Recruitment & Onboarding Team. You will report to Recruitment & Onboarding Manager and this role together with the rest of the team is located in Malmö, Sweden.

We support our business and People Strategy through creating a strong pipeline of talented candidates and fill job vacancies within our different Group functions. The team supports our functions with recruitments in areas like; People & Culture, Business Development, Innovation, Finance, Communication, Digital and more on a global level.
