The Geely Business Center is a competence center of the Geely Sweden Holdings group- and provides specialist competences and shared services for the companies in the holding group.
Introduction
We are now looking for a Recruiter/HR Generalist to Geely Business Center (GBC). GBC is serving and supporting within Finance, Legal, HR, IT. You will primarily work with recruitment. The role also includes participation in various HR tasks and processes where you work closely together with the HRBP but also in collaboration with the different deparments.
As a Recruiter, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. You will mainly work with recruitment within all areas to the various corporations within Geely Business Center. You will act as an advisor, partner with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment requirements. You[HS1] will ensure that Geely Business Center hire top talent whose values are in line with our Geely Culture by screening, interviewing, and conducting psychometric tests.
Main activities and responsibilities:
· Support hiring managers regarding requirement profiles and writing job ads.
· Manage selection of candidates, conduct interviews and tests and work proactively with search and attract.
· Work with Geely Business Center’s employer branding.
· Participate in the daily HR administration and activities.
Required knowledge and experiences
Have a Bsc in Human Resources or equivalent education.
Have 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably towards finance and IT.
Be certified in a test tool, such as OPQ or Assessio.
Have experience and understanding for HR-management.
Be fluent and good at expressing yourself in Swedish and English, in both verbal and writing.
· Knowledge and experience in Teamtailor.
