Geely Business Center (GBC) is a competence center of the Geely Sweden Holdings group, providing specialist competence and shared services for the companies within the holding group. The main areas are IT, Finance, Legal and HR. We are looking for a Recruiter/HR Generalist to join our HR-team at GBC, consisting of 8 co-workers up to date. We are working within areas of Payrolling, Global Mobility and HRBP services and are excited to add on recruiting as an offer to our customers within the Geely Group.
The role
As a recruiter in our HR-team, you will support both internal managers within GBC and external customers within in the Geely family. You will act as an advisor, partnering up with hiring managers to ensure a full understanding of their recruitment needs. You will act as a project leader for the complete recruitment cycle and be involved from job ad to job offer including sourcing. You will provide valuable input and continuous improvement within the full candidate experience including on/off boarding.
We are a fairly new company which means that you will play an important role in setting up our recruitment processes at GBC. You will also have the possibility to work and support with general HR tasks within all sorts of reoccurring HR processes such as leadership, salary reviews, employee engagement, performance management etc.
Key attributes and previous experience:
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably within Human Resources, and a solid recruitment experience, including proactive search within a wide range of areas. You are certified in in a one or several test tools. If you have a global network and are experienced in attracting international talent, it’s a plus.
You are comfortable with stakeholders at all levels and possess great relationship building skills. You have the ability to inspire and motivate candidates - it’s in your DNA. With input from stakeholders, employees, and candidates you strive to always be better and challenge to improve existing processes.
