We are now looking for a highly skilled individual with experience within recruitment to join our clients inhouse recruitment function and drive the recruitment within IT and tech.
Role Description
In this role your mission is to make sure our client hire the best competence possible and you will work close with the business to understand the requirements and need for the future.Your deep knowledge within the area will ensure we attract the right candidates, create long-term relationships and handle candidates from source to hire.
Your responsibilities include:
• Hands-on recruitment including the whole recruitment process from sourcing to sign
• Collaborate with Tech team to deeply understand hiring needs
• Find and engage passive candidates
• Create new ways of finding candidates, being creative in the search for the best talent possible
• Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and insights on recruiting pipeline
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is really passionate about working with tech-recruitment and want to work inhouse in delivering solutions and candidates to bring business value. You have an eye for technical talent and you love connecting people with opportunities. You are a true team player who thrives in a fast moving business where change is constant and speed is essential for success. Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels, both internally and externally. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement.
Formal requirements for the role includes:
• Strong technical acumen with a proven track record of sourcing and assessing technical talent
• A real doer with high energy and fearless potential
• You have experience working in a high volume recruiting environment building pipelines
• Experience from creatively develop sourcing strategies to find the best talent and know how to engage and nurture prospective candidates
• Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
We believe you have a Bachelor Degree or an equivalent education but your passion to talent and tech are the true key to success in this role.
This is a full-time role through Incluso starting Oct 5th running until mid April 2021. Location: Stockholm.
