As a Recruiter you will be a part of the Recruitment & Onboarding team supporting our global functions when it comes to attract and hire great talent while safeguarding an outstanding candidate experience through and through.
WHAT DO I BECOME A PART OF?
In your role as Recruiter you will together in a fantastic team support our business through creating a strong pipeline of talented candidates and fill job vacancies end to end. Together with the cooperation of the extended team in People & Culture Operations such as Mobility team, People & Culture admin, Compensation & Benefits and Co-worker Relations you will secure a seamless experience for our candidates as well as our hiring managers through the journey of finding someone’s next adventure and our new colleague. Our recruitment approach is to recruit people first with our culture and values top of mind. The purpose of the People and Culture function is to secure the competence and organisation to reach our business ambitions, and this is where you come in.
SO LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
We are looking for people who love to recruit! – as such you will be an experienced recruiter, preferably with a couple of years’ in the field, with knowledge from recruiting through values, social media and digital recruitment. In this role communication is very important, both written and verbal. You are a self-starter who enjoys being part of a team with a strong focus on service and performance delivery - we want to surprise and delight our stakeholders in the service we deliver, every day!
As recruiters we love to ask questions, so to break it down, let’s say it like this

• Do you have an ability to coordinate and be proactive?
