RECRUITER (SENIOR) WITHIN DESIGN/UX/UI TO GLOBAL COMPANY

Kvalifikationer
- University degree in HR or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment/search
- Background from a well-recognized search firm
- Experience from proactive search and building candidate pipelines, preferably in a global environment and with recruitments internationally
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
- It is a plus if you have experience from conducting psychometric tests and if you have worked with similar roles within design/UX/UI

Job Description
For our global client we are looking for a Senior Recruiter. Join our client in building a world leading recruitment organization where they are in the forefront when it comes to recruitment technology, processes and candidate experience in a truly global setting. In this role you will be responsible and take ownership for all within UX/Design. As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as an advisor, partner with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments. Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world. Also, you will ensure that our client hire top talent whose values are in line with our clients Culture by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests.

Salary

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible after agreement, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-09-05, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our global client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
