About the job

As Recruitment Expert in our Recruitment Centre you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. You will work in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and People Business Enablers (HRBP) to provide great candidate experience and ensure we hire talent whose values are in line with ours by screening, interviewing and conducting assessments. Furthermore, you will:

* define the candidate search strategy
* establish candidate profiles in line with business needs, and develop attractive job postings
* assess skills and suitability of candidates in accordance with current and future business needs
* take part in developing our ways of working, processes, tools and systems

The role includes handling recruitments (white collar) on all levels and within all professional areas, both locally and globally. Our Recruitment Experts are expected to manage and drive the full recruitment process from specifying requirements to offer, and to handle several parallel recruitments at the same time.
This is a consultant assignment with employment at Jefferson Wells but you will work onsite at our client. Assignment have start as soon as possible and ongoing until aster summer 2023.


Who are we looking for?

To be ideal for this position, we believe that you have senior experience in recruitment and great ability to translate current and future business needs into talent needs. We also expect you to have:

* hands-on capability to carry out full life cycle recruitment
* effective communication skills, with fluency in English & Swedish
* great interpersonal skills with ability to build solid relationships
* university degree (e.g. within HR) with solid business understanding
* Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Assessio is considered a plus

Since we work with many different stakeholders both locally and internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to be organized with ability to prioritize, have high integrity and effective collaboration skills.

Knowledge and experience from recruiting within the area of IT and digitalization will be very meritorious.

Personal profile: innovative, aspirational, engaged, service minded, self-driven, well structured, independent and with great social abilities.
