We are looking forward to strengthening our Talent Acquisition team with more amazing colleagues! The recruiter role is exciting, and you will be part of an inhouse TA team - supporting all H&M Group Head Office functions, for all brands and group functions (Business Tech excluded). Our TA team is partnering with leaders across the organization to secure we have the right people in the right place to fulfill our purpose - to grow in ways that create meaningful difference to our customers and to the world.
We are supporting and driving recruitments within several competence areas such as assortment, business analysis, controlling, e-commerce, expansion, marketing, supply chain, sustainability and many more.
As a Recruiter you will be part of selecting diversified and high-quality candidates to the hiring managers, ensuring they have been properly evaluated. You will work with all parts of the recruitment process, writing ads, screening, sourcing, search, selection, tests, interviews and reference checks, with a constant focus on providing the best possible candidate experience along the way.

Qualifications
You have experience of recruitment, either in an inhouse recruitment function or at an agency. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment and have experience from working in an ATS system. On top of this we also believe that you have an education within business, HR or other relevant comparable experience. We aim to build a diverse TA team and international experience would be of great value in our ambition to increase candidate sourcing from talent markets outside of Sweden.
You are result driven and passionate about recruitment and about giving candidates the best possible experience, even the ones that are not successfully hired. Strong communication skills will help you engage with candidates and colleagues and solid verbal and written English are a must.

This is a 11–12-month fixed term contract, reporting to a Talent Acquisition Team Lead. Our office is located at the H&M Group Head Office in central Stockholm but with possibility to work partly remote.
