We are a team of 30 Talent Acquisition specialists supporting all H&M Group Head Office functions, for all brands and group functions, driving recruitments within several competence areas such as assortment, business analysis, controlling, e-commerce, expansion, marketing, supply chain, sustainability and many more (everything except for tech).

If you have experience of driving full circle recruitment processes, as an inhouse recruiter or at an agency and preferably in an international context, we would love to hear from you. Strong communication skills (in English) and ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers is a must, as well as commitment to creating inclusive recruitment processes where you assess candidates fairly, mitigate bias and actively promote diversity.

This is a temporary 1 year contract to start with, located at the H&M Group Head Office in central Stockholm, but with some flexibility in terms of remote working. You will report to a Talent Acquisition Team Lead.
