Recruiter to Talent Acquisition Team for H&M Group

This is an exciting role where you will be part of a new central Talent Acquisition team supporting H&M Group Head Office functions, for a variety of brands and group functions. Our TA team partner with leaders across the organization to secure that we have the right people in the right place to fulfill our purpose - to grow in ways that create meaningful difference to our customers and to the world.


As a Recruiter you will be driving your own full circle recruitment processes. You present diversified and high-quality candidates to the hiring managers within a reasonable time frame, ensuring that they have been properly evaluated before introducing them and you have a constant focus on providing the best possible candidate experience along the way.


Who are we looking for?
We think you have experience from driving full circle recruitment processes, either in an inhouse recruitment function or at an agency. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment and have experience from working in an ATS system. On top of this we also believe that you have an education within business, HR or another related field.


You are result driven and passionate about recruitment and about giving candidates the best possible experience, even the ones that are not successfully hired. Strong communication skills will help you engage with candidates and colleagues and business understanding is essential to support and coach managers in an impactful way. Our work environment is international and therefore strong verbal and written English is a must.


You are innovative and creative, can also turn words into action and dare to try new things. If you are a team player full of drive and optimism you will fit right into our team!


This is a fulltime position located at the H&M Group Head Office in central Stockholm and you will report to a Talent Acquisition Team Lead.
