Ascom is searching for an experienced tech recruiter with a creative mindset. The focus of the role is recruitment with the goal to grow into a HR Partner role within the next few years. This role focuses on the Nordic countries where we have both our commercial organizations for the Nordic region and as well global functions, for example a R&D team of over 100 employees in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will apply your passion for recruiting best practices to elevate the candidate experience across all touchpoints. You will contribute your knowledge of tech talent markets and sourcing methods to strategically advise your stakeholders on how to scale their teams most effectively. To be successful in this role, you are proactive, goal oriented and motivated in an entrepreneurial culture. You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and enjoy working in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment within an international environment.

You will act as an advisor and partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, fill current openings, and plan for the future. You will work with them to build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them creatively and continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments.

You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, you will attract the right talent by proactively sourcing, searching, and connecting with people around the tech community. You will also work on gaining alignment across diverse managers and internal stakeholders on fair, effective, and efficient processes necessary to ensure diversity and a great candidate experience. You report to the HR Manager Nordics and work closely with your colleagues in the Nordic and global HR team.

About You

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Nordic or EMEA recruitment, of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency search environment.
- A proven track record of successful recruiting results.
- Success at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques.
- A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance.
- Experience of employer branding within a tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection and hiring process.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably TeamTailor).
- Demonstrated strength in communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
- A team player mentality with solid collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; plus excellent Swedish or another Nordic language skills
