To succeed as a Recruitment Leader, you need:
• 8+ year of progressive experience within recruiting and/or people and culture
• 5+ years of experience working within recruiting, sourcing, onboarding and/or offboarding either on country or group level
• 2+ years leader recruiting teams or organisations
• Proven experience with developing and implementing ATS systems, assessments and/or AI solutions.
Last, but not least – you are a true ambassador for the IKEA culture and values. Whatever decisions you take, you always have those in your mind.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the position as Recruitment Leader, you will be part of the Global Recruiting & Sourcing team. You will have the opportunity to build a new approach to how we establish, drive and lead recruiting at Ingka. We are looking for a curious leader to help us develop our global ways of working, digitise our processes, and build improved candidate journeys that will allow us to best attract, assess, and hire great talent. You will have the opportunity to simplify, digitalize and automate processes that result in better candidate and co-worker experiences globally.
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Support various projects and initiatives for the candidate journey across talent acquisition for all segments and staffing types (co-worker, contingent, etc.) related to talent acquisition.
• Develop global recruiting reports and scorecards to analyse global recruiting performance against Key Performance Indicators, industry standards and staffing needs
• Develop and support digital solutions and strategies to ensure our attraction and candidate experience is aligned with our KPIs, brand and experience expectations.
• Collaborate and co-create across IKEA, and specifically with Group Digital and Group Procurement, to ensure solutions, vendors and employment channels are aligned and relevant to the business needs
• Develop and train the global community on available systems, solutions and practices related to the talent acquisition experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout talent acquisition and remain up to date on industry trends, best practices and solutions.
• Support building processes and solutions across Talent Development.
This role is is located in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
