The position
Perido is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator & Onboarding (Day 1) Specialist to work in a role with our client, a major company and a well-known name in the automotive industry. This position is located at the office in Gothenburg
Your daily tasks
As a Recruiting Coordinator and Onboarding Specialist, you will be accountable for scheduling and coordinating between multiple stakeholders throughout the interview process and every Monday help our newly hired talents to orient and adapt. This opportunity will be in the Talent Acquisition team that is distributed throughout Sweden. You will work in a team of coordinators that uniformly will deliver the best candidate experiences and along with them you will work to develop a robust candidate experience process that will help the company to attract world class employees!
Your primary responsibility will be to support and partner with the recruiting teams and the hiring teams to facilitate current and future hiring needs. You will work in a future thinking team with a combination of digital tools and service minded practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Schedule interviews (onsite and digital) in a timely manner.
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked.
Support in "onsite Day 1 onboarding" activity at the Stockholm office in partnership with the teams in Gothenburg and Lund.
Act as an ambassador for the company.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, who wants to take an active part in developing the way of working and who wants to work effectively in delivery. Since the company co-operates with many different stakeholders internationally, sometimes with tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. We hope that you are committed to improving the candidate experience for interviews and first day of employment and that you are able to perform any administrative tasks related to recruitment and jump in to support the team where needed. Furthermore, this is a workplace with a fast paced and at times demanding environment, so you need to be business and performance driven.

Qualifications
University degree or relevant years of experience.
Prior experience in recruitment, coordination/administration, or provement of an understanding of recruitment processes from related work or passion.
Proactive with your communication and have a strong sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills in English, both speech and writing

Desirable
It is a plus if you have worked in a global environment.
Experience from working with events/projects.

Contract type and hours
Full-time assignment, initially 6 months through Perido, thereafter possibility of being recruited by the client. Start mid-August or 1st of September.
