Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment-cycle, you manage the entire cycle from sourcing to offer.
Candidate experience; Ensure candidates are given the proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome.
Searching, creatively attracts talent with outreach across various platforms and channels.
Business development, be an active team player while working on projects on how to to improve processes within your area across the organisation.

Requirements
Experience in a fast paced tech or retail environment.
A bachelor's degree with relevant background.
Analytical with a desire to leverage data in your decision making.
Fluent in Swedish and English (and other languages is a plus)
