Recruiting & Selection Manager

Your role

As Recruiting & Selection Manager, you will have a key role in the future development of Saab's Career Center. You report directly to the Head of Career Center and will join the CC management team, where you are adding value by contributing to the strategic and operational work related to recruiting and selection. You will lead, support and coach a team of 15-20 recruitment specialist and enable deliverance on all tasks. We are on an exciting journey and setting the future way of working for all recruitment specialist will be an initial priority.

Furthermore, you will own the employee responsibility for your team members - always with the wellbeing, personal development and quality assurance of the team first in mind.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead the team - working actively with building and promoting a positive and productive work culture where we deliver best in class hiring to meet the business needs
* Managerial responsibility - evaluation, development, training and support your team members
* Evolve and digitalize our ways of working within the talent acquisition area to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Ensure compliance with the recruitment and security process set by Saab
* Working actively with creating a safe and healthy workplace

Your Profile

We also assume you have:

* Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience within Human Resources
* Comprehensive experience within the Recruitment & Selection area
* Demonstrated experience of leading and coaching a team, both virtual and physically
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English both verbal and written

Desired skills:

* Experience from creating and implementing programs, processes and tools

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

For this position you can be based in either Gothenburg, Karlskrona or Malmö. The team that you will lead, is based on these sites.
