Recruiting Specialist
The People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization is a newly established function, building and sustaining world-class teams at Nasdaq. The P3 organization is the client facing team within People@Nasdaq that builds strategic partnerships with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy and execution, to ongoing consultation to build high performing and engaged teams.
Within this team, Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers, and People Partners work in close partnership as one delivery team. The EMEA team consists of team members located in Spain, UK, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden. Our team environment is truly global, fast paced and open to innovation. In this constellation, you as a TA Partner will work in close partnership with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and processes to secure successful, efficient, and qualitative hiring. You will be responsible for identifying and hiring talent, ranging from junior to executive roles. This position is key to continue Nasdaq’s growth where you will have significant impact to continue building our brand and improving our hiring processes as we scale and build our team.
Your responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and managers as a talent acquisition advisor, providing insights into the talent landscape and candidate market trends.
attract, source and select talent to multiple and parallel recruitment processes for roles within our bBuisness teams, including but not limited to: Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, Investment Intelligence, Corporate Solutions
Work in partnership with TA Sourcers, Coordinators and People Strategy Partners on process and strategy improvement to attract the best talent in a competitive market.
Recommend and drive improvements to enhance the TA function, taking part in special projects to improve our recruitment process and partnership with the business.
Ensure the candidate experience is positive, fair and reflective of Nasdaq’s values, with key initiatives and efforts focused on diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Employer branding related activities such as planning and coordination of internal and external events.
Contribute to Global development processes regarding recruitment processes and policies.
Collaborate with test and recruitment vendors.
You will bring:
A degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
Work experience working with multiple and complex hiring in an in-house position
A deep understanding of creating sourcing strategies and how to attract talent
Strong team player mind-set who thrives collaborating across teams, functions, and locations
Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high pace environment
It would be great if you have:
Experience working with data analytics
Work experience from the FinTech industry
