As Boston Consulting Group´s next Recruiting Specialist you are part of The Operations Team, who work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. The team consist of executive and management assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and a Business Services Manager who leads the entire Operations Team.
Your Role as Recruiting Specialist
As Recruiting Specialist, you have an essential role in the recruitment process of the Consultants. You attract top newly graduated talents from across the country and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have strong communication skills which are put into use when working together with stakeholders with student branding, digital marketing, and social media channels such as BCG’s webpage, Instagram, and Facebook. You will support the recruiting team in planning, organizing, and executing recruiting activities and events. You are highly professional and diplomatic, you know when to ask for help or advice, are perceptive and practical. You are proactive, looking ahead at what needs to be done on all dimensions. As Recruitment Specialist you also:
have strong attention to detail and find it fun to be kept up to date with the latest news and upcoming recruiting activitieslike to be creative and have been involved in copywriting for Social Media Platformshave strong social skills and find it easy to interview and create testimonials for career pageshave an interest for driving Employer Branding activities
Your qualifications
BA/BSc or MSc degree or similar, preferably within business, HR, or marketing1-3 years of relevant working experience from Recruiting/Talent Acquisition or MarketingFluency in Swedish and English communication skills on extended level
It´s preferably if you have good knowledge of the local graduate market. We are looking for a team member who has strong intellectual curiosity. You are an excellent communicator, like to do presentations and interact with both internal and external counterparts. It´s important that you have good skills in organization and planning and have strong execution skills. You give strong attention to details, despite multiple deliverables and short deadlines.

Work extent: Temporary, full time for 12 months
