Do you want a central role in growing our organization? For our Nordics Recruitment team, we’re now looking for a driven, collaborative and visionary Communications Specialist.
Let’s talk a bit about the job
You’re part of a small communications team working closely with our recruitment specialists; supporting them with everything surrounding adverts, marketing and modern ways of interesting top candidates. Your words are key as we aim to attract new talents and bring them on as future Sandvik enthusiasts, and you make sure that your texts meet the requirements and expectations from our hiring managers. We write for many different target groups and adapt our messages in line with diverse business strategies, something that’s both challenging and very rewarding in the day to day job. You’re also eager to develop and improve our recruitment function together with the team.
And now that you’ve read part of the advert, can you think of a handful ways to put your own touch to it? Great, it’s that innovative, creative mind we’re looking for! You’ve got a passion for writing and the ability to transform our broad variety of roles into appealing content – texts that are true to our different brands and tell our company story, while showcasing the reality of the job our candidates have ahead of them.
And what about you?
You listen, ask curious questions and explore new ways of creating and marketing job adverts, while still sticking to the brief and ensuring a timely delivery of relevant content. Naturally, you’re a service-driven team player with the best collaboration skills, and you like being busy and having many ongoing projects at the same time. Some administration also occurs as you need to make sure we’re spotted in the right channels for our audiences, that your work is invoiced and that our internal planning is up to date.
As for background and experience, you’ve practiced your writing skills in previous assignments – perhaps as a copywriter – and we consider experience from recruitment or employer branding as very valuable. You might have a communications degree or relevant courses, but work experience goes equally far. A must for us is of course excellent skills in written and verbal English and Swedish. It’s great if you also have some experience from working in InDesign and Photoshop, together with a keen interest in digital marketing approaches.
