The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the band in an consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.

About the role
They client is looking for a detail-oriented Contact Recruitment Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team in EMEA based out of Stockholm. In this role, you will focus on scheduling and coordinating many aspects of the hiring process. You will play a vital role in coordinating interviews and communicating with partners across the business to bring some of the world's best talent to the company. You will work to improve and contribute to the employer brand and scale the recruiting practice as they grow as an organization. Above all, you will be responsible for the companies most important asset - its people.

What you'll do
- Deliver a meaningful service experience to managers & candidates involved in the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS and scheduling platform.
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews, primarily focusing on the R&D side and supporting the business side from time to time.
- Work closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to deliver a positive experience for all and coordinate interviews efficiently.
- Identify and continuously work on opportunities to streamline workflows and build stronger processes at scale.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.
- You will work out of the Stockholm HQ office.





Who you are
- You have experience with HR and/or recruitment administration.
- You have experience working in high-volume recruiting teams.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- You are passionate about improving existing processes.
- You are highly organized and have an eye for detail.
- You are resourceful and curious with a willingness to constantly learn and grow

- Adaptable to constant change and hence you are flexible and skilled at multitasking
- You have a sound sense of urgency and like getting things done.
- You are a self-starter, curious and always willing to step in to help the team.


This is a full-time consultant assignment with a preferred start date from ASAP until 2023-04-28, with a possibility of extension.
