We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for an international company in Stockholm (Solna). Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.
You will become part of global talent acquisition team but you will be responsible for Sweden.
Description of main tasks
• Support our hiring managers in recruitment related tasks in Workday such as posting job requests, job ads in Workday etc.
• Handle administrative tasks in other tools
• Support hiring managers during the whole recruitment process
Required skills
• Experience from working with recruitment, preferably in larger companies
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter. Workday is a big plus
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
• 3+ years of experience
Required education and education level
• University education, bachelor level in HR or similar
Preferred personal characteristics
• Structured
• Ability to work independent
• Outgoing
• Ability to cope with a changing environment
• Driven
We offer development opportunities and hybrid work (1-2 days per week from the office in Solna).
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm (Solna), start ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with, big chance for extension up to one year.
