About the job
You play a central role in our Executive Recruitment Talent Acquisition team and you offer your support in all parts connected to recruiting senior executive positions and high-profile expert roles. To be more precise you manage all admin work that’s included when working with recruitment. You assist in sourcing and screening activities, and your interactions are widely spread as you approach potential candidates in social media and professional networks by recruiting emails and messages. Internally, you also keep an extensive network as you make sure that everything is in order – from system information, through to recruitment planning and candidate coordination. D&I, sustainability and fair play are highly important areas to us, and you always bring this into account in your work.
Offering agile, detailed support and connecting the dots are your keys in this job. You ensure timely and effective service to everyone involved in the recruitment process, and you collaborate with senior stakeholder groups, business leaders, employees and candidates globally. You also get the chance to participate in and learn about the many exciting business projects that’s occurring in our Sandvik world.
This job has a global scope and flexible working conditions, located in Sweden and spending time in both Stockholm and Sandviken.
About you
We need someone with business interest, great service skills, a customer centric approach as well as the ability and eagerness to constantly develop. Your career includes similar administrative or service roles, and previous experience from HR, recruitment and senior management interactions are a big plus. You’re a master of structure, and you’re driven by a passion to grow within the field of talent acquisition. As we become more digital, you comfortably explore new office tech solutions, and you bring great skills in Office 365, Sharepoint and Teams. We also value a broad knowledge of Workday, our HR system.
You’re used to a global environment and interacting with people from different countries and cultures, and you communicate fluently in English. This job also calls for great flexibility as you work across different time zones.
With organized and straightforward ways of working - and not to forget a doer’s mentality - you’re always two steps ahead, spot what needs to be done and then you act! Yes, you enjoy a shifting setting, where you ensure speed, accuracy and integrity. You also stay calm under pressure and motor on to ensure a job well done. Although you independently know how to prioritize and solve problems on the go, you’re a true collaborator with a gift for networking and communicating. Naturally, you’re thorough, unassuming and resourceful, and you give an agile service.
