Are you a service minded problem solver with interest in IT and recruitment? For our client, based in central Stockholm, we are now looking for an organized recruitment coordinator with strong communication skills.This is the position for you who is motivared by working independently and be responsible for your own development!

Our client is an innovative international company active in the media industry. As Recruitment Coordinator you will be based in beautiful facilities in Central Stockholm.

Arbetsuppgifter
As Recruitment Coordinator you will be an internal support to the business, involved with the recruitment process as well as dialouge with suppliers. This is a broad role including job duties such as:

- Scheduling interviews with candidates
- Administrate and collect information from candidates
- Posting job adverts
- Coordinate interview setup with international candidates (book flights, hotels etc.)
- Communicate with suppliers and partners

Differtent ad hoc- assignments will appear.


Kvalifikationer
We are looking for a highly structured and communicative person, with great sence of organization. To be successful in this position, you need to be able to prioritze and be flexible in you profession. Since you are assisting the business with various tasks, you must be able to plan you day independently and be self-going. As a person, we believe that you are serviceminded, social, driven and curious. You have a background in an administrative role, where accuracy and structure has been highly important. We believe that you have:

- A Bachelor Degree in HR/IT/marketing or equivalent
- Great communication skills
- Capability to handle various tasks at the same time
- Experience from administration and service

A requriement for this position is that you are fluent in english. Good swedish is desirable.


Övrigt
This is a consultant assignment on initialt 4-6 months, with good chance to extension. You will be employed by KFX HR-partner but work at our client.
