The SKF Group Recruitment Centre (GRC) is part of the SKF People Experience function and is the inhouse Talent Acquisition team of SKF Group. We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and engaged Recruitment Expert to temporary strengthen our team.
What you will do
As a Recruitment Expert in our team, you will have full life cycle recruitment. You will work in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to provide a great candidate experience and ensure we hire talent whose values are in line with ours by screening, interviewing and conducting assessments. Furthermore, you will:
- establish candidate profiles in line with business needs, and develop attractive job postings
- ensure job postings are published and seen in relevant media, platforms and channels
- assess skills and suitability of candidates in accordance with business needs
- take an active part in developing and digitalizing our ways of working, processes and tools
Your profile
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have ample experience in recruitment and are interested in translating business requirements into talent needs. We also expect you to have:
• hands-on experience and capability to execute full life cycle recruitment independently
• great interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships
• university degree within HR, or equivalent working experience
• fluency in Swedish and English
• experience in Assessio or other assessment tools is considered a plus
Since we work with many different stakeholders both locally and internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills.

This is a temporary contract starting as soon as possible until September 2022, to cover for one of our team members who is on parental leave.
The location of this position is Gothenburg, Sweden. The position holder will report to Frida Simonsson, Head of Talent Acquisition.
