Recruitment manager

Tasks and responsibility: You will be responsible for recruitment activities in order to increase the number of ellos customers.Based on analysis from performances, tests results, and competitors watch your goal is to raise our share of distance shopping customers.You will have a key position in optimizing the commercial investments through decisions in how to form offers and what media to use (channels/ paper and internet).The recruitment manager is also responsible for budget and cost follow up and debriefing feed-back from customers on what we need to accomplish for them to continue shopping at ellos.Qualifications: You have an academic education including marketing specialization and previous and successful experience in direct marketing as Charge de clientele or Recruitment manager.You speak English fluently and knowledge in internet/e-commerce and medias are desirable.We are recruiting a recruitment manager permanent with start immediately or according to agreement.Fill in your application at www.redcats.com/nordic and please apply in English.
