Workwide is hiring a Recruitment Manager who is motivated and comfortable with leading the day-to-day work of the recruitment team, as well as laying long-term strategies for the development and growth of both revenue and the team. About the job
The goal for this role is to successfully lead and manage the recruitment team to increase revenue while remaining profitable. To bring enthusiasm and positive energy to the team while being a visible leader and engine to help drive the company toward our vision of removing national borders from the talent equation.
Responsibilities
Lead and train the team to achieve goals and vision
Deliver agreed revenue goals for the team
Make internal hiring decisions and onboard new team members
Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and decrease churn according to industry best practices
Contribute to the strategic direction and revenue-focused processes and culture
Be involved in the development of the ATS system together with Co-founder and external partners
Requirements
Excellent English language skills
Experience leading a recruitment/sales team in a recruitment agency with proven results
Previously involved in scaling headcount, revenue, and market/service offerings (ideally from 20 to 50+ FTEs)
International experience from studying or working abroad
Previous involvement in CRM/ATS development projects
