Do you want to be a part of something new, to develop our future Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics? We are now looking for a coordinator in recruitment & onboarding to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Örebro. Do you want to develop in recruitment and have a coordinating role, with the candidate in focus? Then this can be your next challenge. The Talent Acquisition Team works with employer branding, recruitment and onboarding, and are located in Örebro and Prague. We are engaged team members with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in line with our business strategy and core values as well as securing diversity and inclusion.​ 
As a coordinator in the team, you will have a broad and operational role to execute a professional, modern and lean Talent Acquisition process in collaboration with HR, managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists, within Recruitment & Onboarding. Your focus area is primarily to coordinate incoming recruitment request and support in the recruitment process, such as employment contracts, evaluate applications, screening and shortlisting, arrange assessments, scheduling and conducting phone interviews and reference checks. You will be an important part of securing an excellent candidate experience in our recruitment process.  In the role, you will also have the opportunity to work and run projects, to improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies. You will also be in close collaboration with the employer branding team, attracting candidates, attend in recruitment activities, job fairs and recruitment events. 
You will be working at our main office located in Örebro, where we have flexible workplaces, newly built offices and a many creative and pleasant meeting area.

You are committed in recruitment and love to coordinate and enjoy new thinking. As a person, you’re used to work agile and enjoy change, you will be part of building new ways of working. You have experience in planning, driving project and coordinate activities, and love to be a part of an engaged team. 
As a person, you are service minded, proactive and solution oriented.
To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge and experience in the following: 
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
* You have 1-3 years of experience of recruitment or as consultant manager
* Knowledge in running projects and in a coordinated and administrative role
* Experience of working in digital tools within recruitment and onboarding
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Excellent English and Swedish communication skills.
* Excellent communications skills to build strong relations and communicate both internal and external.
