You have minimum of 5 years of recruitment and talent acquisition and/or relevant HR positions experience, have 5 years of experience leading talent acquisition initiatives. Have experience building, delivering and driving recruitment processes, systems and results. Experience vendor management in Talent area. Experience of project management and designing workshops. Experience with supporting employer branding programs, recruitment campaigns and activation
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
• Support various senior projects and initiatives across talent acquisition for all segments and staffing types (co-worker, contingent, etc.) related to attraction, sourcing, assessment, onboarding and offboarding.
Highly involved designing and leading projects and processes in POT
• Support process migration, testing and knowledge transfer throughout talent acquisition.
Project manage various talent acquisition initiatives
• Develop global recruiting reports and scorecards to analyze global recruiting performance against Key Performance Indicators, industry standards and staffing needs
• Support digital solutions and strategies to ensure our attraction and candidate experience is aligned with our KPIs, brand and experience expectations.
• Collaborate with markets and other P&C groups to ensure employer branding, recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies are relevant to all segments and populations globally.
Develop and train recruitment organizations globally on industry standards, tools and methods
• Collaborate and co-create across IKEA, and specifically with Group Digital and Group Procurement, to ensure solutions, vendors and employment channels are aligned and relevant to the business needs
Engage and partner with markets to both understand their individual needs and support implementation of all above into the local teams
Serve as a subject matter expert throughout talent acquisition and remain up to date on industry trends, best practices and solutions.
