Job Description
Now we are looking for a senior Recruitment Sourcer that will support our client’s Recruiters who are handling all engineering hiring within the client’s Freemium Business Unit. This includes a wide spectrum of roles within the Engineering discipline including Backend, Frontend, Data/ML, Mobile. This is a pure sourcing role, with a 100% focus on sourcing and screening candidates at various levels. You will search, screen, and potentially do a first "pitch call" with candidates, after that the Recruiter will take over and do a recruiter interview and manage the process with our client’s stakeholders and close any recruitment process.

We are looking for a person who is creative, open-minded, flexible, and ready to step and take over any role in any domain. This is a high pace, high volume role including many interactions and multiple processes at the same time including a high amount of candidates. Communication, clarity, as well as setting expectations and ensuring delivery is incredibly important. In this role, you will deal and communicate with external candidates and internal people which requires strong communication skills and high resilience to stress. Balancing high speed with diligence, not letting anything fall through cracks is key.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start 2021-05-24, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-09-30 with possible extension.
