Knowledge of staffing vendors and strategies
• Build and implement capacity planning (hiring forecasting) processes across Ingka that allows the organization to scale in response to business demand
• Passionate about Employer Branding, Recruitment, Sourcing
• Excellent matrix leading capabilities
• Experienced in identifying, sourcing, hiring and onboarding suitable candidates
• Strong understanding of the global labour market
Knowledge of psychometric tools and assessments
• Collaborate and co-create across IKEA to ensure solutions and staffing plans and are aligned and relevant to the business needs with strong partnerships throughout P&C, Procurement and Business Navigation
Highly developed and strongly written and spoken communication skills
Serve as a subject matter expert within talent acquisition and remain up to date on industry trends, best practices and solutions.
You have minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience both in regional and global roles, have 5 years of experience leading recruiting teams as a team leader or leading TA matrix. Have experience managing staffing vendor partnerships and performance globally. Experience building and delivering innovative recruitment and sourcing solutions globally. Proven experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, staffing contracts and pricing &amp digital solutions in support of talent processes. Finally, it is very important that you have experience building, delivering and driving recruitment strategies and operations and results globally.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop the needed recruiting models and staffing partnerships to support the needs of the business.
• Lead successful sourcing strategies to attract talent and design countries concrete operational sourcing models
• Support, lead and train the country/business Recruiting, Sourcing an Onboarding Leaders/Specialists in the global ways of working, approaches and standards across recruiting, sourcing and onboarding.
• Build and implement capacity planning processes across Ingka that allows the organization to scale in response to business demand
• Drive the strategic direction of capacity planning (long-term) and staffing management (short-term), staff solutions strategy, and geographic diversification.
Manage indirect & performance of all global staffing vendors and programs
• Collaborate and co-create across IKEA to ensure solutions and staffing plans are aligned and relevant to the business needs with strong partnerships throughout P&C, Procurement and Business Navigation
• Support global staffing vendor performance and selection focused on: employment channels, RPO, MSPs, Staffing providers, etc.
Serve as a subject matter expert within talent acquisition and remain up to date on industry trends, best practices and solutions.
